STARTING ONLINE? A HOLISTIC VIEW ON HOW TO CREATE, PRESENT AND OPTIMIZE YOUR IDEAS.
Content is king – Yes!
We all know that and we all love reading or viewing quality articles, videos, products or services.
And it’s people like you and me who create, curate or write about their passion, company or charity.
As Kevin O’Leary from Shark Tank said: “There is nothing unique about any one individual. What is unique is their passion, their ability to execute, to meet targets and exceed them”.
My goal is to introduce you to ways of thinking on how to execute effectively, meet your targets and exceed even your expectations.
Having you on this page means that you likely have ideas and passion for how to improve some things in your world, or you already shared some as a test within your social network.
Did you expect more likes, comments or constructive criticism?
I know a lot of people that went through this initial sharing of their ideas online.
I know it may be discouraging, but hey … your friends are just that – your friends.
Some of them may be too busy to read your save-the-world hypothesis or your ideas on how to empower change in your city by gathering people around a cause.
Others might not care at all, miss your post or just thought they will write to you later … which just does not happen.
As my grandfather used to say: “For every train – there are passengers … and luggage”.
This means that it is too heavy a burden trying to solve the problems for everyone at the same time and for this reason you only need to focus on the people that care to get where your train is going.
Your train is your website – a first-class vehicle that represents who you are and what you do.
You want to onboard people who are genuinely interested in riding with you, because you see the demand and you work to supply for it.
You might be thinking: “I keep seeing the same boring content online and even worse – some content is just bad or simply fake”.
Yes – there is a lot of irrelevant content that crosses our eyes, but you see it because it’s optimized well to reach people – to present what they have and naturally keep some of us as a highly engaged audience.
The simple way to go about testing your ideas like a pro.
Have your ideas on a website!!!

There are multiple benefits for that. It’s simply being professional and building a brand name that will stay. You want your content crawled by the search engine, because many months down the road you might start getting lots of traffic.
Get social and start sharing!
And don’t stop, even if it does not work out as expected in the beginning. It takes time to build a following that will give you the needed criticism on how to restructure the information on your website in a more engaging way.
Have a Mail list – this is Gold!
It’s an asset. Professionals online consider growing a mail list as an investment, because it is so much cheaper and so much more effective to email an engaged subscriber that say advertise on facebook and trust their algorithm to match your $$ with the right person.
Test with Advertising
For many online marketers, advertising is a challenge, mostly because it takes time and testing to get the right ingredients into your content. However, for those who nail it – advertising can bring in tons of money and exposure.
Cross-Promote
In my view this is the most efficient way to get followers. I wrote a special article on the topic and I hope it will inspire you to get to talk to potential partners. You never know where such partnerships could take you.
